1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how EmojiPinKeyboard (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) handles information when you install and use our iOS keyboard extension. We designed the App so that it never collects, stores, or transmits any personal data or keystrokes. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect
	•	No Keystrokes: The App has no access to, and does not log, the text you type.
	•	No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses.
	•	No Usage Analytics: We do not use analytics SDKs, crash-reporting tools, or tracking technologies.
	•	No Location Data: The App contains no code to request or process location information.

3. On-Device Data Only

When you pin an emoji, the pin order is saved locally on your device in a sandboxed file accessible only to the App. This file never leaves your device unless you choose to enable iCloud Sync (see Section 4).

4. Optional iCloud Sync

If you toggle on “iCloud Sync” in the App’s settings:
	•	A copy of your pinned-emoji list is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted in transit and at rest.
	•	Apple acts as the data processor for that storage; EmojiPinKeyboard’s developer cannot access the data.
	•	You may disable iCloud Sync at any time from Settings › Apple ID › iCloud › iCloud Drive. Disabling sync deletes the iCloud copy but keeps the on-device copy.

5. No Third-Party Sharing

Because we collect no data, we have nothing to share or sell to third parties for any purpose, including advertising or analytics.

6. Security

The App follows Apple’s sandboxing model. All on-device files are protected by the iOS operating system. No external servers are involved.

7. Children’s Privacy

EmojiPinKeyboard is rated 4+ on the App Store and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us at the email in Section 11.

8. Data Subject Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Similar Laws)

Under privacy laws you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Because EmojiPinKeyboard holds no personal data, we have no ability to service such requests directly. If you enabled iCloud Sync, you can manage or delete that data via Apple’s privacy tools at privacy.apple.com.

9. International Data Transfers

The App does not transfer data internationally. Optional iCloud storage is handled by Apple in the region linked to your Apple ID.

10. Changes to This Policy

If future updates add features that affect privacy, we will update this Policy and change the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
